ownerIQ is the largest 2nd party data marketplace in the world. Through our proprietary Digital Checkout Tags, we exclusively collect the product sales data of over 2,000 brands and retailers like Staples, Macys, Walgreens, etc. For over 10 years, our data was bought direct in our own DSP/DMP, but we are now pleased to send to all DSPs (DV360, TTD, AppNexus, etc.) for targeting and attribution. Sales to this channel have grown 300%+ over the last year with exponentially more expected in 2019.

The Account Manager must be apt in building strong relationships with our customers. They will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote OwnerIQ solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Our goal is to aid businesses to succeed while retaining and growing our accounts and business to achieve long-term relationships.

In this client facing role, the ideal candidate will maintain a portfolio of accounts and be their main point of contact for campaigns. They must understand the clients bigger business needs and work to create long-term successful client relationships. Our ideal candidate demonstrates strong ability to achieve goals and give the customer a great experience. If youre customer oriented with a can do attitude, this job is for you!

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for communication between customers and internal teams
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ownerIQ product offerings
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing OwnerIQ solutions that meet their objectives
  • Collaborate and strategize with Sales on growing customer account relationships and campaign revenue
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner


  • Bachelors degree required
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a client facing role within the advertising ecosystem (digital experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Ability to set priorities across multiple projects and clients, manage ones time, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
