In order to maintain 100%+ per year revenue growth, Allego is expanding our Account Development Representative (ADR) team. We are looking for energetic, motivated sales professionals who thrive on competition and teamwork. In this role you will be developing new business for Allego’s Account Executives. Our Account Development Representatives play a crucial role in our sales cycle as the first point of contact for prospects. We move fast and we are looking for people who have a desire to grow their sales career. This is an inbound/outbound sales position, and therefore requires motivated self-starters that are driven to hit daily and monthly metrics.
A key requirement for this position is a determined “can do” attitude to contribute toAllego’s high performing culture. A successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, fearless and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization and the compensation package includes stock options.
