What You'll Do: 

  • Work in a fast-paced environment that allows you to push to production daily 
  • Work cross-functionally with data analytics, product management and UX 
  • Test out new ideas with novel and quick experiments 
  • Be deeply engaged in the full development life-cycle: design code, test, deploy 
  • Have a say in architectural design decisions and technology selection 

Outcomes: First 30 days  

  • Understand basic role and functionality of the Biller Portal
  • Understand basic role and functionality of the Customer Portal
  • Understand basic role and functionality of the CRM
  • Assist with the implementation of ongoing work to learn the processes that will be used in the future
  • Respond to assigned tickets within one hour of assignment

Outcomes: First 90 days

  • Understand basic role and functionality of public payment routes, options, controls, etc
  • Understand basic role and functionality of mobile and responsive design payment routes
  • Understand the role of background processes and their relation to the UX
  • Respond to assigned tickets within 30 minutes of assignment
  • Able to support, modify, and add new functionality to the Biller Portal 
  • Able to support, modify, and add new functionality to the Customer Portal
  • Able to support, modify, and add new functionality to the CRM Portal
  • Able to support, modify, and add new functionality to current and new background processes related to UX

Outcomes: Ongoing

  • Able to support, modify, and add new functionality to UX-domain systems (CRM, Biller Portal, Customer Portal, etc.).
  • Able to support, modify, and add new functionality to UX-domain background systems (Auto pay processing, scheduled payment processing, etc.).
  • Able to help peers when needed.
  • Able to report progress on work items as it happens, via work item notes, and as requested.
  • Able to multitask work items.
  • Able to assist in all areas as requested by Engineering management team.

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in fast paced environments. 
  • Strong expertise of ASP.NET (WebForms, MVC, WebAPI), C#, VB.NET, JQuery, JS, HTML, and CSS. 
  • Experience with AngularJS or a similar framework. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technology vendors
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Self-led, capable of working with little direction 
  • Skilled communicator with a collaborative spirit
