Droplette is revolutionizing drug delivery: we are building a disruptive needle-free platform technology with groundbreaking applications in cosmetics, gene delivery, and healthcare.
Droplettes technology encompasses a connected hardware device, a consumable filled with a formulation, and a wireless inductive charger. We are setting up our manufacturing facility and are seeking Assembly Worker candidates interested in assisting with various parts of the assembly process (including capsule filling/sealing/quality checking/boxing, and fulfillment). This would be a position paid hourly (with the option for OT), competitive benefits offered. This role is located in the Seaport District and is onsite 5 days a week. The shift is 3pm to 11pm EST.
**Preference will be given to City of Boston residents.**

- Even though you dont have much (or any) experience, thats not a problem the Assembly Worker positions are entry-level jobs with room for you to learn and grow.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
What Youll Do:
- Trimming capsules with formulations
- Quality checking seal of capsules and visual inspection
- Building boxes, inlays, and other packaging materials
- Assisting with other fulfillment tasks
What We Seek:
- High school or GED equivalent
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience staying focused in repetitive work environments is a plus
- Experience with hand crafts that require steady hands and precise cutting is a plus
