We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Professional Services Team. This role will oversee the execution of North American Professional Services for the installation of ERP and Cloud software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding and relevant experience of the following:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Interpreting and creating statements of work
  • Creating change requests
  • Managing budgets and resources

To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and traffic deliverables. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction in project outcomes. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, such as project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), and communication plans.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager
  • Identify and analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
  • Track project progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
  • Track and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Extensive SAP knowledge and project management experience
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • Ability to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools – Professional Services Automation tools  
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite will be highly valuable
