We’re looking to hire a dynamic PMO / BI Analyst to join our team. In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting a strategic customer account. The PMO / BI Analyst supports the account Delivery team, providing planning, control, reporting, analysis and insights. We’re looking for someone who displays analytical prowess and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels – both internally and directly with the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Program Management: Supporting strategic customer facing projects through the creation and maintenance of schedules and RAID logs. Assisting with communication plans, meeting facilitation and developing documentation.  Ensuring adequate change control and governance across the account.
  • Business Intelligence: Co-ordinating the production of reports to support the delivery teams and business strategy by collating, analysing and manipulating data, records and other information.
  • Report Development and maintenance: Ensure business reporting requirements are met by maintaining and developing Qlik Sense applications
  • Financial Management: Assisting with the overall financial control of the engagement through forecasting, margin reporting and supporting the business with ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Process Optimization: Spots opportunities for process optimization and drives implementation of improvements across the account

Job Requirements and Preferred Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in project management, business analytics or similar field
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience as a PMO or BI Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes and tools
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets including queries, complex formulas and, ideally, scripting
  • Experience of report development and maintenance within Qlik Sense or other BI Tool
  • Strong program coordination and administrative skills
  • Experience of working in a dynamic environment
  • A creative thinker who is able to work independently and innovate to solve problems

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000.
