Is there anything that you’d like to share in terms of promoting diversity across your company and hiring practices?
Yesware does a great job of promoting diversity across the company and hiring practices. As a company we have a diverse group of people... employees of all ages, people who were born in another country, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, many different kinds of educational backgrounds, and much more.Some of the ways we’re working hard to do more include:

I tend to look for people who are motivated, eager to grow & learn, and someone who has done their research about Yesware.

What’s the best way to get a job at Yesware?
The best way to get a job at Yesware is to do your research about the product to gain a better understanding of what we do. I’d recommend searching on Linkedin to see if you have any mutual connections with current employees. What can someone expect during the interview process?
Transparency between every stage of the interview process. The HR team does a great job with communicating with the interviewees. Along with transparency, you will get to meet a great group of interviewers. The interviewers are kind and create an environment where you feel comfortable to be yourself.

Over the course of your career at Yesware, you can expect to do challenging but rewarding work with intelligent, friendly people who support each other.
What types of activities are employees involved in at or outside the office?
Our office is heavily invested in health and wellness. Now that we are in a pandemic, one of the top priorities is keeping our bodies healthy. Every Wednesday & Thursday night we offer virtual yoga & virtual strength training. This allows us to connect and bond as a company.
