Yesware does a great job of promoting diversity across the company and hiring practices. As a company we have a diverse group of people... employees of all ages, people who were born in another country, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, many different kinds of educational backgrounds, and much more. Some of the ways we’re working hard to do more include:

  • Inclusivity training and workshops
  • Support the Black community by offering free seats of our product to Black-owned small businesses
  • Internal alliances and emerging employee resource groups
  • Partnering with Out in Tech and similar organizations
  • Sponsorship in the Women Forward in Technology Scholarship Program
  • Participation in She Geeks Out initiatives
  • Professional coaching to support the holistic wellness of all employees
