We have our weekly round of trivia every Wednesday and are dedicating the entire month to trivia highlighting women's history. This gives all Arcadians a chance to interact and learn about women who have shaped the world we live in today. This is one of our favorite weekly activities to engage in as a company for some fun and learning.
In addition to trivia, Arcadia is also encouraging employees to share about different women who have inspired them throughout their lives. This includes an opportunity to share about influential women in leadership and how they have helped impact their careers and accomplishments. To round out the month, we are having a women's history month themed book club discussion, including a list of titles that incorporate various accomplishments and struggles of what it means to be a woman throughout history.
