Michael Hutner serves as Senior Vice President, General Manager of SS&C Eze. He joined the business in 2000 when he was hired to oversee the launch of its New York operations. In his role, Mr. Hutner is responsible for SS&C Eze’s award-winning investment management solution Eze Investment Suite and its next-generation platform Eze Eclipse. During his tenure, Mr. Hutner has held a number of leadership positions with the organization, including business development, sales and marketing.
Mr. Hutner has more than 20 years of expertise in technology solutions and operational efficiency in the investment management industry and has extensive experience working with traditional asset managers and hedge fund managers across all sizes and strategies. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hutner worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in their financial advisory services practice. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance.
Senior Managing Director, Business Applications and Technology
Azmi is responsible for ensuring that SS&C Eze's global strategic and operational needs for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and services are met at a world class level. This spans global support of SS&C Eze’s 1200+ employees as well as back-end support of data centers and cloud technologies for Eze products and customers.
Azmi brings 30+ years of experience in companies ranging from SMB through Fortune 50. Most recently he was CIO at Intralinks (now Synchronoss) a provider of private clouds for secure collaboration. Prior to this he was CIO at Ipswitch, Inc. and VP of IT and Customer Services at Artisoft/Vertical Communications. The early part of Azmi’s career was at Monsanto and its spin-off Solutia, supporting R&D technology needs globally. Azmi holds a Master's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. In 2013 Azmi was awarded CIO of the Year by Boston Business Journal and Mass High Tech.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike is the Chief Operating Officer at SS&C Eze. He oversees the client solutions, engagement, and success teams responsible for supporting clients with training and consultation as they install, use, and upgrade SS&C Eze. He also oversees SS&C Eze's R&D function, which defines and delivers on the company’s product vision and strategy. His team of financial industry experts are responsible for delivering continuous improvement of mission-critical software and processes for our clients.
Prior to joining SS&C Eze in 2016, Mike was vice president at Capgemini, a global professional services firm, where he oversaw global teams focused on technology-enabled change initiatives. These large-scale process and technology programs tackled core functions at Global 2000 companies looking for revenue-generating or cost-saving changes to core processes. Prior to Capgemini, Mike worked at several other global consultancies including IBM, Hitachi, and Ernst & Young. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
General Counsel and Secretary
Chad is responsible for the company’s global legal and compliance matters and serves as corporate secretary. Previously, Chad was an associate general counsel responsible for the investment technologies segment for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the formation of Eze Software Group in 2013. Chad joined ConvergEx Group as part of the formation team from The Bank of New York.
Previously, he worked as an associate at the law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Fish & Neave. Chad graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
