Hired + Acquia

With the end of year fast approaching, the topic on most product managers minds is planning for 2019. As a product leader, you're often faced with the daunting task of planning without a clear mandate or corporate strategy to guide you and that makes your job nearly impossible. As you race to build your roadmaps and justify the headcount expenses for next year, this question inevitably lands on your plate, "What is your strategy for driving growth?"

Join us for a lively conversation on the topic of Product Strategy with product leaders from the top Boston-area software companies. They'll discuss their views on what makes a good product strategy, how product strategy can bring the company's mission to life and deliver on its goals, how it differs in early and late-stage products and companies, and how important it is for sharing and unifying your vision with customers, employees, and partners.
