From Hair on Fire to Highly Strategic: BizOps in Transition
As more companies take a data-driven, go-to-market approach, the business operations team, or BizOps, is quickly becoming the nerve center of the company. That’s because BizOps teams are increasingly responsible for both analyzing and understanding data to determine how the business can increase revenue while driving operational efficiency. For many BizOps teams, however, this dual responsibility is a double-edged sword, keeping them reactive to tactical requests from leadership while they strive to play a strategic role in guiding the business forward.
Join us on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 as three senior Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leaders — each with a strong ops background — share real-world perspective about how BizOps professionals can make the transition toward a more strategic and visible BizOps leader.
How BizOps can partner with other functional teams to drive a better understanding of the strategic connection between BizOps and revenue growth among company leadership
How enabling the success of other teams pays off for the BizOps team
What you can do, regardless of your current level of achievement, to uplevel your visibility and boost your contribution to the business
