Jobs at Endurance International Group
CEO & Founder
As founder and CEO of Endurance International Group, Hari’s goal is to help small business owners harness the promise and the power of the web to increase their revenues and outperform the competition. Hari has a passion for the small business market and applies the principles of “Big Data” — the combined power of data, analytics and technology— to power the Endurance platform that delivers cloud-based solutions to SMBs. Over the past 17 years, Hari has built Endurance into a trusted partner for the SMB market. Hari oversees all aspects of the business, but focuses most of his time on strategy and growth initiatives within Endurance.
An entrepreneur by nature, Hari has founded other successful businesses focused on business-process outsourcing and web security. His commitment to small business includes sitting on the boards of a number of growing companies. Hari holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State and studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford. He is involved with various charities that are focused on projects in rural South East Asia.
With an extensive background in technology, finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, Marc Montagner brings years of executive leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Endurance International Group.
As Endurance’s financial leader, Marc navigates financial operations, advises on strategic growth, and delivers value to Endurance shareholders.
Marc joins the Endurance team following a successful career at LightSquared, Inc., a wireless broadband and satellite company, where he was CFO since 2012. As CFO, Marc was responsible for the financial operations of the company, and he played a key role in strategic planning. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy at LightSquared from 2009 to 2010.
His support for small business is anchored in his own entrepreneurial past – during the time between holding the CFO and EVP roles at LightSquared, Marc worked at Dupont Circle Partners, a consulting firm he founded to provide mergers and acquisitions advisory services in the technology and telecom industry.
Marc was born and raised in France and has lived in the U.S. for the last 28 years.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Ron LaSalvia leads the operational and financial performance of the entire portfolio of Endurance International Group brands. His journey to his current position took a slightly different path than the rest of the management team — by way of a nuclear powered submarine. After attending M.I.T., Ron joined the Navy, rising through the ranks to command two fast attack submarines. Subsequently, on the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he managed the Department of Defense process for assessing future capability needs and approving development of major defense systems. After leaving the military, Ron’s passion for small business led him to establish his own consultancy, where his first client was a high-tech start-up. Recognizing his desire to one day run his own tech company, he returned to school, earning his M.B.A. from Wharton.
Chief Legal Officer
As Endurance International Group's Chief Legal Officer, David Bryson has seen more than a decade of change, growth, acquisitions, equity and debt financings. His journey to Endurance began at BankBoston where he amassed over 20 years in the legal department, helping to make the bank a better partner with its employees, customers, communities and stakeholders. The great experience David gained there -- handling acquisitions, managing risk, leading teams, finding a way to resolve complex legal challenges by providing the right advice at the right time -- proved beneficial after joining Endurance.
David is inspired by the challenge of doing things right in an entrepreneurial, growing company.
Today, David is involved in every legal aspect of Endurance’s growing portfolio of brands, including strategic, corporate, development, operational and policy matters. What gets him really excited about his role at Endurance is working with his team to help make the web a better place for the customers and employees of Endurance. His team navigates the promise and potential of the web in order to help businesses achieve their goals while also protecting against the downside.
Outside of work, David enjoys photography, reading a good book on the beach, playing a round of golf with his three sons and spending time, and a good meal, with his wife and family.
Chief Administrative Officer
Kathy Andreasen uses her untiring energy to lead Human Resources and Administration at Endurance International Group. Her journey to Endurance began, fittingly, on a boat where she worked for an international sailing association straight out of college. Her career in Human Resources and her passion for small businesses began a few years later at a venture capital firm in San Francisco where she worked while also completing her MBA at the University of New Mexico. From there, she took leadership roles in HR in such fast-growing and dynamic companies as Xoom.com/NBCi, Move.com, Cendant, Orbitz, Bill Me Later (purchased by eBay/PayPal) and Orchard Brands. Her years of experience all across the globe prepared her for her final position before joining Endurance: Chief People Officer at AOL.
A year before starting at AOL, Kathy also joined the Board of Directors for APAC customer Services, Inc., chairing the compensation committee and serving for almost two years. Kathy’s love of the creative freedom in small businesses has helped to set the tone for the energetic culture of Endurance. And just as her career journey began on a boat, her passions often take her back to the ocean, where she sails, canoes, snorkels and scuba dives.
EVP, Innovation and Strategy
As EVP, Innovation and Strategy, Michael helps identify, evaluate and implement promising new opportunities for Endurance International Group. Before joining Endurance, Michael was an entrepreneur himself, co-founding and serving as Chief Product Officer of geoVue, a location optimization and services company, shortly after college. He led the development of a full array of online, desktop and mobile applications that helped fast-growing chain-store operators expand their footprints. After 10 years at geoVue, Michael decided to return to school, and received his M.B.A. from Wharton. While there, he met Hari and assisted with some product design for Endurance.
Michael’s journey then took him to the world of consulting where he worked for Bain & Co. While he enjoyed the challenge there, he knew he wanted to get back into business operations. Endurance was growing quickly and Michael was excited to join Hari and take his strategy and product design skills to the next level.
Now he is excited to help small businesses worldwide grow to the point where they can compete with the industry leaders. When not obsessing over these challenges, Michael loves those of the ski slopes.
EVP, Corporate Development
Blake Cunneen plays an integral role in mergers and acquisitions for Endurance International Group. At the beginning of his career, he held various roles in commercial lending at firms such as Northern Trust and Wells Fargo. Prior to joining the ranks at Endurance, Blake was at Piper Jaffray in Chicago working in investment banking. His respect for the small business community led him to Endurance in 2008.
Blake holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Whenever possible, he loves to travel with his two young children and sneak in the occasional jog.
EVP, Communications and Branding
A communications and integrated marketing industry veteran, Lark spearheads strategic corporate communications and global public relations efforts as well as oversees Endurance’s branding initiatives across multiple business platforms.
Lark has led communications at notable global organizations and joins Endurance following a successful career as Vice President of Global Public Relations at the Hertz Corporation, the largest worldwide airport general use car rental brand. In her role, Antón oversaw global media and public relations efforts and played a key role in strategic communications.
Previously, Antón served as Chief Communications Officer at the New York Genome Center, Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing Communications for Loews Hotels & Resorts, Spokeswoman for Verizon Communications, Inc. and served as a Deputy Press Secretary to the Honorable Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg during the first term of the Bloomberg Administration in the City of New York.
Lark is also acutely aware of the needs of small business. She worked at her mother's travel agency from a young age and assists her husband with his family-owned moving and storage company.
A native New Yorker of Dominican, Spaniard and Lebanese descent, Lark is committed to her community and her heritage – she has been the Co-Chair of the ‘Cielo Latino’ Gala to benefit the Latino Commission on AIDS, and she currently serves on the Park Committee of the Prospect Park Alliance in Brooklyn.
Antón holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marist College and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.
