I’ve been a Dynatracer for a handful of years and have often been asked what makes me stay. As a Sales Enablement Manager, I am a part of a tremendous opportunity to build a world-class sales organization, working closely with multiple internal teams to help our World-Wide sales organization become as productive and successful as possible. I feel fortunate to be able to contribute, learn, grow, and laugh daily, and to be a part of an incredibility unique and valuable experience.

Working within the Services organization at Dynatrace I get to work daily with our world-class technology and consultants at some of the largest and most well-known companies on the planet. With a 212 attitude as our foundation, I’m constantly impressed and motivated by the innovation, drive, and talent that I’m surrounded with. As a company, Dynatrace is the rare mixture of an established market leader with the growth and culture of a startup. I have had the opportunity to grow my career within the Services organization at Dynatrace starting as a consultant and through various leadership roles and have collected the scars, stories, and friendships that come with that journey. I’ve enjoyed every minute of the ride and can’t wait for what comes next.

PDP for me was meeting people from all over the world, developing my technical skills as well as making friends for life. Since graduating PDP, it's been a joy to see my customers thrilled with the work I do for them, whilst giving me the confidence I need to be an expert in all that I do.

I am really proud to be part of Dynatrace team. Not only because we are a market leader and support our customers worldwide to be more successful with our awesome technology. But mainly because we truly are a global company, meaning that we effectively work with our colleagues of NORAM, LATAM, Europe and APAC all the time. Being in contact with all these people is a great opportunity to learn, exchange experiences and grow in personal and professional terms. This is what I mostly value! Dynatrace has good people and we matter! Also, as an innovative company, Dynatrace provides great technology to its employees, allowing us to telework. This possibility of teleworking allows me to be more productive and to have a great balance between work and personal life. I really appreciate it!
