Cybereason Company Overview
Who we are: We've raised $190M in capital, nearly 90% from our own customers like Lockheed Martin and Softbank. We are rewriting the rules on how organizations protect themselves against rapidly evolving adversaries. Today’s threat environment requires understanding the adversary and attack landscape. Since our start in 2012, our technology has stopped the world’s most advanced cyber attacks. And we harbor even greater ambitions.
Why we're here: We are here to protect our customers by exploiting their adversaries’ weaknesses. The layers of protection a company has are irrelevant since adversaries will always find a way to bypass them. However, after infiltrating an organization, the attackers are vulnerable. Their activity offers an opportunity to discover the attack. So we developed an endpoint detection platform that uses this insight to empower security teams.
What we do: We instantly tell companies if they are under attack, the attack’s impact and how to immediately stop the threat. Our platform finds a single component of an attack and connects it to other pieces of information to reveal an entire campaign and shut it down. Even the most talented analysts would struggle with detecting a threat and quickly building a complete attack story. We simplify this process.

WE SOLVE THE SEEMINGLY INSOLUBLE
PROBLEM OF CYBERSECURITY
We have fun.
Great food. Summer sports. And an unlimited vacation policy.
Good enough is just not good enough. We push to succeed, 100% of the time.
We are (extreme) creatives.
We have to be. Our adversaries are advancing faster than the industry. We love that kind of challenge.
We've Been Recognized.
Cybereason was named one of the top 50 startups in the U.S. by LinkedIn and received an award for Best Company Culture by job-hunting and employee-review site Comparably, among other awards in 2017 alone. Fast forward to 2019 and Cybereason is one of just five companies in Massachusetts ranked as a top small business to work for.
As a high growth startup with rapidly evolving needs, we build roles around people, not paper. We believe the best way to attract diverse, high-performing teams, is with a challenging, transparent interview process. We aim for an efficient, thoughtful process that treats every applicant with respect. We also value responsiveness: If we see a match for your skills and experience, you’ll hear from our recruiting team quickly, sometimes the same day.
Cool office perks?
Check. Coldbrew on tap, Bootstrap composting, free lunches, awesome snacks, even a DJ booth at our front desk. We play foosball in the winter and softball in the summer. Of course we have awesome benefits, generous equity, great pay and can even expense our Uber rides to and from work.
But while we agree that free beer is cool, saving the internet is cooler. And that’s why we get up every day.
