FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Donald founded the original CrossBorder Solutions in 2001 and co-founded the new iteration. As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the company.
Prior to CrossBorder Solutions, he was an Attorney in the transfer pricing group at Ernst & Young in New York and London.
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
David co-founded the new CrossBorder Solutions with Donald and serves as the President and COO. He was previously Vice President, Professional Services and COO of the original iteration. After the sale to Thomson Reuters, he also managed the company’s relationships with the Big Four accounting firms.
Prior to CrossBorder Solutions, he was a Manager on PWC’s national transfer pricing team.
As Chief Economist of CrossBorder Solutions, Mimi is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful completion of all work. At the original iteration, she served as Vice President, Professional Services.
Following the sale to Thomson Reuters, Mimi was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps and served as the Head of Transfer Pricing at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
As Chief Product Officer, Andrei is responsible for working with the technology team and liaising with all functions within the business, to ensure our products meet customer needs.
He was previously Vice President, Professional Services of the original CrossBorder Solutions. After the sale to Thomson Reuters, he served as Project Manager for the transfer pricing software.
CHIEF DATA OFFICER
Alyssa serves as CrossBorder’s Chief Data Officer, responsible for collecting and analyzing data on an enterprise-wide basis to enable the company to make data-driven decisions.
Previously, she held positions at American Express, McKinsey & Company and Ernst & Young.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Christy McDonald is a Founding Member and CRO of CrossBorder Solutions. CRO is Christy’s fourth title at CrossBorder as she helped develop our outbound market strategy, then was a top Account Executive, then became a Sales VP.
Today she oversees four sales teams covering Transfer Pricing, Planning, R&D Tax Credits, and Provision software. Her unique experience across a number of roles has made her a core resource on the leadership team.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Jason serves as CrossBorder’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the product & technology efforts across our organization. He is a leading expert in distributed cloud computing systems, database technology and modern web application development.
Prior to joining CrossBorder, Jason was Chief Architect at ADP where he co-founded their next-generation HR/HCM Global Platform, and before that founded several successful technology start-ups.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
As Chief Growth Officer, Stephanie is responsible for human resource planning and recruitment within the high-growth environment of CrossBorder Solutions. She works with employees and the senior leadership team to implement management’s vision, and she also supports and develops the company’s culture. At the same time, she provides practical advice and solutions.
CHIEF SUCCESS OFFICER
Sevine serves as Chief Success Officer at CrossBorder Solutions, championing client success and satisfaction. She and her team are the liaison between our clients and the company, overseeing the client journey, including seamless on-boarding, efficient project management and quality control.
With close to 20 years of experience in client services and account management roles, Sevine is dedicated to providing the quality support and satisfaction our clients deserve. Her proven expertise is in retaining and growing enterprise clients through value-based selling & servicing — and identifying clients’ critical needs, translating them into product & service features and developing value propositions.
CHIEF OF IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
Matthew (aka MJ) serves as CrossBorder’s Chief of Implementation, responsible for the company’s professional service implementation teams.
Prior to joining CrossBorder, MJ was a c-level executive at various organizations including Ensage, Inc. He was also the co-founder of Industria Creative and Ortaggi.
CHIEF OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Fiona is the AI guru behind CrossBorder Solutions. She is self-learning, constantly adaptable, superfast, superlatively efficient and error-exempt. A whizz when it comes to global tax, she knows everything there is to know – and as soon as there’s something new to learn, she’s learnt it!
