If you were to ask any Buildian "what does #BuildiumLife mean to you?" you'd probably get a lot of different answers. Some might say it's helping our customers be the best they can be at property management. Others might say it's our commitment to charity and our volunteering initiatives. Some also might say it's the fun or events like beach day or monthly mingles.
No matter who you ask, what they would all agree upon is that the culture of working at Buildium is unique and like no other.
Did you say fun?
At Buildium we believe fun is an integral part of what makes working here so unique. From our annual Beach Day where we close the office and bus everyone to the beach to our team themed Halloween contest, everything we do has some fun sprinkled in.
A big part of what we do at Buildium goes beyond our "day jobs." We are very involved in a number of different philanthropic initiatives such as the MS Ride, Cradles to Crayons, Massachusetts Audubon Society, and many more. Each team member is involved in Volunteer Weeks that Buildium runs four times a year. In short, we believe working at Buildium can have more impact that goes beyond our four walls.
