CTO, Co-founder, and Board Member
Prior to BitSight, Stephen was President and Cofounder of Saperix (acquired by Firemon), a company spun out of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory focused on vulnerability and network topology risk analysis. At MIT he led R&D programs solving large-scale national cybersecurity problems.
SVP of Partnerships, Board Member
Dave has an extensive background as both a senior executive and venture capitalist. He has led numerous large strategic transactions, including business partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. In addition to his role at BitSight, Dave is a Managing Director at Globespan Capital Partners.
CEO and Co-founder, AnubisNetworks
Francisco has over 15 years experience in the telecommunication industry implementing and managing email platforms for corporate and ISP environments. He previously founded Crashless, and worked at Vodafone Portugal. He is also Vice President of the National Association of Young Business People and has taught at Moderna and Nova Universities.
Philip is a distinguished engineer helping BitSight find the "gold" in all our data. In his career, he has helped build and develop products at several successful companies including Cisco, Okena and Raptor.

Shaun is an industry veteran who brings extensive executive management experience in operations, sales, and marketing to the company. During his career, Shaun has successfully guided technology companies as CEO through IPOs and acquisition (e.g. Q1 Labs/IBM, Okena/Cisco) and has built over a billion dollars of shareholder value.
VP of Strategic Partnerships
Jacob previously managed the cybersecurity consulting practice at Good Harbor Security Risk Management. Prior to Good Harbor, he served as legal advisor to the Senate Commerce Committee, and also served as counsel to the House of Representatives Homeland Security Committee. He completed his education at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Virginia School of Law.
VP of Finance
Terry is the VP of Finance at BitSight where she also oversees all general business operations and legal functions at the company. Terry has enjoyed a long career in the technology sector, having also worked at IBM, Q1 Labs, SiSoft, BBN, EY and other companies in the past. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
COO & President
Tom was most recently VP of Marketing and Channels for IBM Security Systems. He is an experienced leader in the security industry, and has previously led market strategy, product management, channel execution and business development at Q1 Labs, Cisco/OKENA and Pentasafe/BrainTree Security Software.
VP of Marketing
As a leader on the marketing team at BitSight, Debbie brings close to 20 years of high tech product marketing and management experience to the company. She has worked in previous roles with companies like VCE, RSA, SAP and Akamai. Debbie has a BS in Systems Engineering from UVA and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
CPO, Co-founder, Board Member
Nagarjuna has held leadership positions in product management and engineering at EXFO, Brix and Lucent. He also co-founded Saperix, which was sold to Firemon in 2011.
Brian has over 30 years of experience as a finance executive in publicly traded and privately held venture backed companies. He has led many equity and debt financings and has a proven track record of creating significant shareholder value including the acquisition of Jumptap by Millennial Media, DynamicOps by VMware, Q1 Labs by IBM and others.
Elizabeth serves as our General Counsel and is responsible for all legal matters. She joins us from Constant Contact, a leading provider of email marketing SaaS solutions. She was previously a member of the Tech Companies and M&A groups at Goodwin Procter. She has a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
