CEO & President
Prior to becoming CEO, Tom was President and COO of BitSight. Before BitSight, he was VP of Marketing and Channels for IBM Security Systems. He is an experienced leader in the security industry, and has previously led market strategy, product management, channel execution and business development at Q1 Labs, Cisco/OKENA and Pentasafe/BrainTree Security Software.
Co-founder, and CTO
Prior to BitSight, Stephen was President and Cofounder of Saperix (acquired by Firemon), a company spun out of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory focused on vulnerability and network topology risk analysis. At MIT he led R&D programs solving large-scale national cybersecurity problems.
CPO, Co-founder, & SVP of Strategic Alliances
Nagarjuna has held leadership positions in product management and engineering at EXFO, Brix and Lucent. He also co-founded Saperix, which was sold to Firemon in 2011.
Shaun is an industry veteran who brings extensive executive management experience in operations, sales, and marketing to the company. During his career, Shaun has successfully guided technology companies as CEO through IPOs and acquisition (e.g. Q1 Labs/IBM, Okena/Cisco) and has built over a billion dollars of shareholder value.
VP of People and Talent
Mary-Jo is responsible for leading the strategic people initiatives within BitSight. Her focus is on the entire employee lifecycle with a strong commitment to identifying and developing great talent and building strong teams within a engaging company culture. Mary-Jo has more than 25 years of HR experience in high growth technology companies and has held leadership positions at Mendix, Arbor Networks, L1/Viisage and eRoom
Brian has over 30 years of experience as a finance executive in publicly traded and privately held venture backed companies. He has led many equity and debt financings and has a proven track record of creating significant shareholder value including the acquisition of Jumptap by Millennial Media, DynamicOps by VMware, Q1 Labs by IBM and others.
Eric is passionate about building businesses, strong teams and long term customer relationships. As a sales leader he has driven high growth go-to-market strategies in companies like eRoom, dynaTrace and Turbonomic. Eric lived in Europe for many years and is fluent in German.
VP of Marketing
Debbie brings 20 years of high tech marketing and management experience to the company in her position as a marketing leader. Over her career, she has worked in various roles with market creators including VCE, RSA, SAP and Akamai. Debbie has a BS in Systems Engineering from UVA and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Elizabeth serves as our General Counsel and is responsible for all legal matters. She joins us from Constant Contact, a leading provider of email marketing SaaS solutions. She was previously a member of the Tech Companies and M&A groups at Goodwin Procter. She has a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
CMO & EVP of Strategy
Dave has an extensive background as both a senior executive and venture capitalist. Dave has led Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Development functions and has Board of Director level experience at over 20 companies including BitSight, Q1 Labs, Turbonomic, and OpenPages. In addition to his role at BitSight, Dave is a Managing Director at Globespan Capital Partners
Philip is a distinguished engineer helping BitSight find the "gold" in all our data. In his career, he has helped build and develop products at several successful companies including Cisco, Okena and Raptor.
VP of Product Management
Vineet has built and led high growth products and businesses for over 20 years in areas of cybersecurity, analytics and SCM at market leading companies like SAP, RSA and i2. He heads product management and design at BitSight and is a graduate of IIT Delhi and Boston University.
VP of Customer Success & Support
Dave brings over 10 years of experience helping customers implement and optimize value in various product solutions. Prior to joining BitSight, he built Customer Success teams at Constant Contact and Google.

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's corporate headquarters are located right in Downtown Boston. We had a chance to see how their employees "stay curious," as per the statement which is proudly displayed in their office.
BHE has grown substantially over the past several years and has moved into a new office in Boston's Financial District to accommodate its rapid expansion. The company's new offices are modern in every sense of the word, featuring the usual open and collaborative spaces and state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
Privy recently moved into new offices near South Station and we had a chance to take a look inside. During our visit, we certainly witness a very team-oriented atmosphere. Don't miss the in-house video studio and the employee photo wall!
Facebook Boston's growth is continuing. This year, the company unveiled its brand new 130,000 square foot office located at 100 Binney Street in Cambridge. Facebook Boston currently has 200 employees working out of this location and there's plenty of room for growth, as the space is built to hold 600 people.
PatientPing moved into their new office in downtown Boston last November. The office is bright and sunny with plenty of spaces for collaboration. Their personalities and brand colors are represented with team photos and pops of coral and blue throughout the office.
Lose It!'s headquarters are located near the Boston Common. One cool idea that stands out is how they move employees' desks every three months, so you get to know everyone better. The offices also feature a ski lodge-styled quiet room.
