The BitSight Security Ratings Platform applies sophisticated algorithms, producing daily security ratings that range from 250 to 900, to help manage third party risk, underwrite cyber insurance policies, benchmark performance, conduct M&A due diligence and assess aggregate risk. Organizations worldwide, including seven of the top 10 cyber insurers, 20% of Fortune 500 companies, and 3 of the top 5 investment banks use BitSight’s proven Security Ratings technology on a daily basis to make integral risk and business decisions. With over 1,000 customers and the largest ecosystem of users and information, BitSight is the most widely used Security Ratings Service.

Steve Harvey is a risk management and corporate governance veteran with more than 30 years of business and operational leadership. He has successfully built market-defining, data and analytics businesses, including most recently at Institutional Shareholder Services.
Co-founder, and CTO
Prior to BitSight, Stephen was President and Cofounder of Saperix (acquired by Firemon), a company spun out of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory focused on vulnerability and network topology risk analysis. At MIT he led R&D programs solving large-scale national cybersecurity problems.
CPO, Co-founder, & SVP of Strategic Alliances
Nagarjuna has held leadership positions in product management and engineering at EXFO, Brix and Lucent. He also co-founded Saperix, which was sold to Firemon in 2011.
Jay Roxe has built product and marketing teams at a variety of companies including athenahealth, Rapid7, and Microsoft. Most recently, his team at athenahealth was responsible for generating a 30% increase in the customer-perceived value of each release. At Rapid7, he led product management for the company's first cloud-based security product and helped to define the User Behavior Analytics space.
Roxe holds a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business where he was a Tuck Scholar.
Prior to BitSight, Tim has served as the Chief Financial Officer of ObsEva, a biotech focused on women’s health with two of its three assets in late stage development since January 2017. Tim led ObsEva’s IPO in January 2017 plus additional public financings raising more than $225 million. Prior to ObsEva Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer of Demandware, Inc. which was sold to salesforce for over $3 billion. Before Demandware, Tim was the Chief Financial Officer of athenahealth, Inc.
Tim is currently a member of the board of directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Model N, a public revenue management solutions company and Prevail Therapeutics a public gene therapy company. Tim is also on the Board of Trustees for the Murray State University Foundation where he has a bachelor’s degree. Tim received his M.B.A. from Boston University
