Nitzan Shaer is co-founder and CEO of WEVO, a firm that leverages machine learning and customer insight to help marketers optimize website conversion - in days rather than months.
Previously, Nitzan was the co-founder and Managing Partner at High Start Group, a product innovation consulting firm which was twice awarded 'Fastest Growing Company' by Inc. 5000. Prior to High Start Group, Nitzan founded and led the Mobile Group at Skype, bringing Skype to mobile phones in over 126 countries, and later selling the company to eBay. While at Microsoft, Nitzan managed the development of three new products. Nitzan also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Flybridge Capital Partners.
Nitzan is an active angel investor, and served as board member at multiple companies. He is a frequent speaker on digital marketing, mobile commerce and product innovation. In addition to his business endeavors, Nitzan serves as a board member at Boston Cares, the largest volunteer organization in New England. He is a mentor and judge at the MIT business competitions, Tech Stars and was awarded the 40 under 40 designation by BBJ
A former Captain in the Israel Air Force, Nitzan was first in his class at the Air Force Academy, is an honors graduate of Technion, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Janet Muto is a veteran marketing executive with strong expertise in SaaS, technology, sales, and the small and medium-size business (SMB) market.
Before WEVO, Nitzan and Janet were co-founders of High Start Group, an innovation and product strategy consulting firm. Prior to that, Janet served as the Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer for Constant Contact, where she grew the SaaS business to 25,000 SMB customers. She was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for MicroTouch Systems, Inc., where she led the MicroTouch Enabled branding program and has worked at Hewlett-Packard, where she was Worldwide Marketing Group Manager for the Unix workstations and supercomputers group. She has also held management positions with Apollo Computer and Prime Computer.
Janet holds a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Babson College, Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Frank Moss has had a 35-year career as a high-tech, biotech and health-tech entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and chairman of Twine Health, Inc., which develops and markets a digital healthcare platform for patient-centric care. His other startups include Stellar Computer, Bowstreet (acquired by IBM), Infinity Pharmaceuticals (INFI) and Bluefin Labs (acquired by Twitter).
He served as director of the MIT Media Lab from 2006-2011 and was professor of the practice there, heading the New Media Medicine group from 2007 to 2013. He is the author of The Sorcerers and their Apprentices: How the Digital Magicians of the MIT Media Lab are Creating the Innovative Technologies That Will Transform our Lives (June 7, 2011).
Moss began his career in IBM Research, directed software development at Apollo Computer, Inc and held the position of general manager at Lotus Development Corporation. He served as CEO and chairman of Tivoli Systems Inc., a pioneer in distributed systems management, which he took public in 1995 and subsequently merged with IBM in 1996.
Moss served on the board of trustees of Princeton from 2007-2011 and is currently a member of the executive advisory councils of the the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the Princeton School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Moss holds a BSE from Princeton in mechanical and aerospace engineering and a Ph.D. from MIT in Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Rachel Lomasky, Ph.D.
Director of Analytics
Rachel Lomasky, Ph.D. Serves as WEVO’s Director of Analytics. She was formally the Director of Analytics at Opera Solutions, where she lead a machine learning and advanced data analytics platform.
Rachel has also served as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University. The course, Parallel Processing in MapReduce, covered theory and real-world applications of cloud computing, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Spark, as well as other technologies.
Previous to Opera, Rachel was CTO and Founding Engineer at Relay Technology Management, where she led the design and development of the Relay Innovation Engine, which aggregates both proprietary and public data sources, and suggests promising new technologies for licensing by pharmaceuticals, or any patent-based industry.
Rachel received her Ph.D. In Computer Science from Tufts University, specializing in research on acquiring informative training examples.

Cory Cedrone is a Project Manager at WEVO, a firm that leverages machine learning technology to help marketers optimize web pages for conversion in days rather than months.
Before joining the WEVO team, Cory gained experience in consumer collaboration and marketing analytics at C Space. He split his three years at C Space between a Data Analyst and Project Management role. Cory began his professional career at State Street Bank, where he worked in the Transfer Agency for four years.
In addition to his career, Cory is also a professional landscape photographer. He spends most of his free time seeking photogenic adventures throughout the scenic New England states and beyond. He also conducts engagement and local Boston charity walk photo shoots.
Cory is an avid golfer and kickball enthusiast. He is always in search of the next adventure and new experience.
