ClimaCell
At ClimaCell, thankfully all 3 of our sites across Boulder, Boston, and Tel-Aviv moved to new offices around the same time. As we thought about how to best decorate each of the offices in a way that would resonate with our values and vibes, it dawned on us that graffiti might be the answer. Just as graffiti artists never settle for the status quo, ClimaCell often challenges conventional wisdom and aims to make the world a better place with our own artistic spin. Inherent in both our values and daily routine, we as ClimaCellers create our own reality. So we flew Itamar Biton, one of our iOS Engineers by day, and talented graffiti artist by night to all of our offices to lead us with this creative quest, which turned out to be visually and creatively brilliant. As the company continues to grow, it's important to continue empowering employees to make an impact in new and unconventional ways.

Rapid7 has murals highlighting different inspirational people throughout the office to motivate our Moose and to emphasize and reinforce our core values.
Drift
Step off the elevator in our Back Bay office and you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling graffiti art by Percy Fortini Wright. Our founder grew up in Queens and has always found beauty in what graffiti represents and how personal and expressive it is. Our Boston office also features a number of murals and inspirational quotes including this quote from Sara Balakely of Spanx.

The Facebook Art Department houses a number of initiatives that help make art a part of the Facebook employee experience and make the corporate culture feel not-so-corporate. These initiatives include the Artist in Residence (AIR) program. Launched in 2012, the AIR team invites contemporary artists from around the world to use our offices as a canvas — not to simply realize a commission, but to be who they are and make the work that they make, taking risks and sharing messages they feel are important to our community.
