Stan's background includes over 22 years of general and executive management in technology services. He held executive roles with StorageNetworks, GTE and InterGen (Bechtel).
Stan is often quoted by the healthcare and business press, and is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events. Stan holds a Master’s degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
Paulo is Silverlink’s futurist. Paulo identifies emerging business needs within healthcare and shapes future Silverlink solutions. His focus includes expanding the impact of current programs, working with clients to maximize the value of Silverlink’s products and services, and creating new innovative products that motivate consumers to engage in their health. Paulo is responsible for product planning, product management, software development, operations and information technology.
Paulo brings more than 20 years of experience across these disciplines and throughout his career has delivered technology services for and on behalf of leading companies in healthcare, publishing and technology services.
Paulo holds an MBA from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a MA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Jan’s passion is to use communications to engage, educate and empower patients in their health. She is considered a national expert in quality innovation, medication adherence, HEDIS improvement, clinical Star measures and consumer health engagement.
With more than 25 years of business and clinical expertise, as well as broad international healthcare experience, Jan is regarded as one of the top thought leaders in healthcare. She is the author of more than 100 peer-reviewed journal articles, a frequent speaker on the national stage and is often quoted in the national press.
As an active participant on numerous national Quality and Medication Safety committees, Jan has served organizations including the National Committee on Quality Assurance, the National Quality Forum, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association and many others. She is editor in chief of the American Journal of Pharmacy Benefits.
Prior to joining Silverlink, Jan was Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer of CVS Caremark. Jan earned her medical degree and a Master’s degree in health law from Loyola University. She holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality and a certificate in business from the University of South Florida.
Adam leads Silverlink’s revenue-driving organizations including sales, account management, business development, solutions and marketing. He focuses on bringing new and innovative products and services to market that transform the way that healthcare enterprises engage and motivate members. By leveraging Silverlink’s significant data resources and consumer marketing methodologies, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall revenue growth strategy. He also leads the company’s expansion into new channels for patient engagement and builds partnerships that create strategic value for healthcare enterprises.
Adam is a healthcare veteran with more than 20 years of experience productizing and positioning data management and analytics-based products. Before joining Silverlink, he was Senior Vice President of Data and Analytics Solutions at Emdeon. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Payer Market for OptumHealth and Senior Vice President, Payer and Solution Strategies for OptumInsight (formerly Ingenix).
Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Bill is responsible for service excellence at Silverlink. He leads Silverlink’s delivery initiatives, including professional services, analytics, creative services, consulting and Silverlink’s call center. Bill has worked with the country’s leading health plans and PBMs, shaping their engagement and communications strategies.
Bill has been instrumental in helping Silverlink achieve an annual client retention rate of more than 95 percent and a net promoter score of greater than 60, a measure consistent with world-class service.
Bill has more than 20 years of experience in technology and professional services, with expertise in product development, management, marketing and business development. Prior to Silverlink, Bill worked at StorageNetworks, where he was responsible for service portfolio management and business development.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s degree from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Paul manages Silverlink's strategic financing endeavors, as well as the company's day-to-day financial administration. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, and investor relationships.
Paul has over 15 years of financial management experience in both public and private companies across fast-paced, high-growth industries. Prior to joining Silverlink, Paul served as Vice President and Treasurer at ITA Software, where he was responsible for all financial accounting functions as the company grew 50 percent year-over-year. He also was part of the executive team that sold the company to Google.
He has broad management expertise in all aspects of multinational company financial planning and administration with a concentration in growing technology companies.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Sean is responsible for technology development and software design. His focus is on extending Silverlink’s position as a technology leader for consumer health engagement, and building scalable technology that allows our customers to build population-wide communications strategies.
Sean brings over 25 years of experience in software technology with over 10 years in management consulting. In his time at Silverlink, Sean has led the company in communications platform development, Quality Assurance, and all release engineering activities.
Prior to Silverlink, Sean founded two software management consulting companies whose clients included Geac Computer Systems, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Digitas, and Harvard Community Health Plan, among others. Sean holds a BS in computer science from Northeastern University.
