Our attractive all inclusive package is designed for start-up and early-stage ventures to accelerate time to market and investment and keep costs to a minimum. Most of our incubator residents are growing companies in life science and high tech.
The VDC offers high quality fully furnished office, lab and meeting facilities; business services including security, utilities and shared copy, scan and fax equipment; and technology services including telephone, Internet, videoconferencing, and secure rack space for development servers.
The package also includes one-to-one business mentoring focused on developing and testing a business model, business plan, sales presentation, and funding presentation, as well as identifying funding options; and participation in our network of entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers focused on the start-up market.
We also help entrepreneurs find student interns, screened and selected based upon a job description you develop. Employed by you, interns represent great value in finance, marketing, development, information technology and sales.
