Both co-working shared space and private offices are both available here, but all member tenants get their own desks and layout based on what they need. Members are billed on a flat-rate per month and the services bundled into that fee include but are not limited to: 24x7 secure bldg. access, new desks and chairs, utilities, secure wifi/ Internet, daily cleaning, lounge areas, community white boards, full-time on site management, conference room (incl. all domestic calling), printers, full kitchen, coffee/ tea, mail address & services, access to Athena's professional network and monthly member events on site.
