Corey E. Thomas
President & Chief Executive Officer
In addition to being President and CEO, Corey is also a member of the Rapid7 board of directors. He has more than 15 years of experience in leading companies to the next stage of growth and innovation. His previous positions include VP of Marketing at Parallels, Inc., a virtualization technology company, Group Project Manager of the Microsoft Server and Tools division, launching the worldwide availability of SQL Server 2005 and steering product planning for Microsoft’s data platform, and a consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Corey received a B.E. in electrical engineering and computer science from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting and the high tech industry to his role at Rapid7. Previously, Jeff served as CFO at Boston-based cybersecurity company Imprivata where he led the company through a public offering in 2014. Earlier in his career, Jeff was the CFO at ProfitLogic, Inc., and a variety of enterprise software and hardware technology companies, including Torrent Systems, Beyond Incorporated, and Magna Computer Corporation. Jeff began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he was an audit manager after receiving his B.S. in business administration from Northeastern University.
Chief Product Officer
Lee brings a wealth of security and product leadership experience to Rapid7, where he is responsible for leading the direction and delivery of Rapid7’s entire product portfolio. Before becoming SVP of Products & Engineering he was VP of Products at LogMeIn, Inc., a provider of cloud-based remote connectivity solutions. He has also held leadership roles at several software security firms, including Netegrity, Inc., IMlogic, Inc., and Symantec Corporation. Lee received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
Chief People Officer
Christina leads Rapid7's strategic people initiatives, focusing on the entire employee lifecycle. She has a leading approach to human resources and a strong commitment to recruiting stellar talent, corporate culture, and acquisition integration. Prior to joining Rapid7, Christina was the founder of People Innovations, a consulting firm focused on the creation of innovative people strategies. Her other previous positions include Chief People Officer at @stake (a professional services security firm she helped build that was eventually acquired by Symantec), and VP of People Strategy at Sapient Corporation. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University and an M.S. in organizational administration from Boston University.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Tas leads the development and integration of Rapid7’s award-winning solutions, driving the technical direction to enable customers through quality, simplicity, and innovation. Prior to founding Rapid7, Tas helped form Percussion Software, where he led the development of Percussion's first product. He has also developed software in the security and risk areas for CitiCorp.
Chief Operating Officer
Andrew leads Rapid7’s go-to-market initiatives including global sales, sales engineering, customer engagement, and IT functions. Previously, he was the CEO of Logentries, a leading provider of scalable, real-time machine data search and analytics technology, acquired by Rapid7 in October 2015. Prior to Logentries, Andrew was SVP of products and engineering at LogMeIn, Inc., where he played an instrumental role in leading the company from venture-backed startup through a successful IPO and on to a high-growth public company. Andrew also held senior product and go-to-market roles at Symantec Corporation, IMLogic, Inc. and Groove Networks. Andrew earned a B.S. from Oregon State University, a MSc Information Systems from University College Dublin, and a MBA from Boston College.
Senior Vice President, Customer Success & Sales Strategy
Stephanie brings over 15 years of experience in sales execution and go-to-market roles where she built and managed global sales programs, operations and strategy. Stephanie has held leadership positions in a number of fast-growing software companies, including early roles at Allaire, Macromedia, and Adobe, each of which have influenced her commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Stephanie joined Rapid7 in 2011 to lead business strategy and sales operations and then as the chief of staff working with the Executive team to facilitate strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives. In her current role, she leads the customer success and sales strategy teams. Stephanie received a B.A. in public administration and a MBA from Suffolk University.
General Counsel & Secretary
Peter leads our legal team and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of Rapid7’s legal activities worldwide. Prior to joining Rapid7 in 2014 as vice president of legal, Peter was the associate general counsel at Rocket Software, where he spent 10 years helping grow the business over 800% in revenue and to over 1,000 employees, and earlier was at Wind River Systems, later acquired by Intel. Peter received a B.A. in both legal studies and rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his law degree with distinction from McGill University.
Vice President, Global Services
Todd leads our team of industry experts who use data-driven analysis to advise customers on how to mitigate and respond to threats, test incident response preparedness, and advance their cybersecurity programs. Todd has more than 15 years of experience in IT security and services developed through his work at RSA, Symantec, @stake, and the Sapient Corporation where he held leadership positions in program management, engineering, training, and consulting services. In addition to Todd’s role leading our consulting organization, he also serves on the CREST (USA) Chapter Board. Todd earned a B.S. in biology from Vanderbilt University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Carol brings extensive marketing and sales expertise to her role at Rapid7, along with proven success driving technology companies to growth. Previously, she served as CMO at LogMeIn, Inc. and Unica Corporation (acquired by IBM), and VP of Sales for Shiva Corporation (acquired by Intel), and has held roles in sales, marketing and finance at Lotus (acquired by IBM) and GE. In addition to Carol’s role as a marketing executive, she also serves on the advisory boards of DUO Security, SocialRep, and WordStream, and is on the board of directors for MineralTree.
Senior Vice President, International Sales
Richard brings a strong background in global sales leadership and experience in high-growth environments to his current role at Rapid7. Previously, he worked at Quest Software, an enterprise application management solutions provider, as Vice President, Data Protection, for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. He received a B.Sc. double degree in law and accounting from Oxford Brookes University in England.
Senior Vice President, Product Delivery
Rich leads global product development for Rapid7– encompassing Nexpose, Metasploit, AppSpider and UserInsight – and also oversees the introduction of new products into the marketplace. He has more than 20 years of experience in product development. He was previously at RSA, where he was responsible for leading the global engineering organization for its Authentication and Identity Protection and Verification products. Prior to joining RSA, Rich was CTO and co-founder of Salesnet, Inc.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Alliances
Conan drives Rapid7's technology partnership strategy, including customer-value-driven integrations and acquisitions. Prior to joining Rapid7, he held similar positions at Zendesk and LogMeIn, where he helped both companies reach the public markets and subsequently grow through acquisition to achieve multi-billion dollar valuations. Earlier in his career, he managed alliances for IMlogic and then for Symantec, which acquired IMlogic in 2006. Conan got his start in software at Plumtree Software, running the business development function from pre-revenue through IPO in 2002. He holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Each floor has a different theme. Our fifth floor is inspired by sports teams and athletes, paying homage to the spirit of teamwork and the art of intention. Here is one of the open collaboration areas with a mural of Muhammad Ali.
Our fifth floor is home to the majority of our sales team. The gong is rung when one of our team members wins a big deal.
We have 56 bookable conference rooms with even more non-bookable closed and open rooms and meeting areas.
Each floor has a designated quiet area.
On the seventh floor, you'll find our speakeasy. This space is open for after-work gatherings and celebrations.
Our library features employee-nominated books in the categories of leadership, security and our core values.
You'll find conference room Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on the seventh floor, a floor inspired by iconic figures, known for their originiality and creative thought.
The art in our office is brought through our partnership with ArtLifting, a social enterprise that empowers artists impacted by homelessness or disabilities through the celebration and sale of their artwork.
We have three larger conference rooms, our amphitheater and training rooms, for larger team meetings and new employee orientation.
