Job Description:

Responsible for revenue generation from large existing marquis channel customers for iTeam’s unique Service-as-a-Product IT installation services. Includes managing relationships with senior and front-line management at our channel customers to accelerate sales of iTeam services through their sales reps and marketing programs. Over 2000 IT hw/sw channel sales reps are contracted to sell iTeam install services to their end customers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with channel management to put directives and financial motivation in place to drive sales rep performance and revenue growth from iTeam services. Ability to motivate and support individual sales reps on a deal-by-deal basis, along with the ability to communicate and thereby spread this success throughout their organization is a “must”. Participation in the development and management of sales rep incentive programs and end customer promotional programs is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years high performance track record in technology sales through channels
• Specific experience in enterprise service sales desirable
• Proven track record in building and managing effective account relationships that engender trust, loyalty, and sales
• Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work with solutions engineers to create, edit, and present comprehensive SOW’s that communicate expertise, thoroughness, quality, and value
• Ability to develop and deliver realistic sales forecasts
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to driving sales performance and aligning available resources around that goal
• Willingness to travel as required (25%-40%)
• Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, and Powerpoint
• BS/BA, engineering background desirable
