CloudHealth Technologies is looking for a motivated self-starter to take on the role of Technical Trainer. The ideal candidate for this position will be eager to learn, love what they do, as well as possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. To thrive in this role you should be organized and efficient, work well within a team, and confidently make decisions.
You Will:
  • Onboard new and existing customers and coordinate shared resources with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Create content, tools, and other materials for internal and external customer education and engagement.
  • Research training techniques, applications, and other tools for continuous improvement of training programs and processes in an agile business environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) to support the development and delivery of new capabilities in an agile environment.
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
  • Provide product and feature feedback to Engineering, Product Management, Sales, & Marketing. Create and update product documentation for internal and external use.
You Have:
  • 5-8+ years of experience training adult learners via in-person and virtual ILT. Self-service/self-paced training a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to present in a dynamic and engaging manner while presenting to customers with a wide variety in audience members from software engineers to CFOs.
  • Experience in solving problems and incorporating use case scenarios in training.
  • Strong technical writing experience, including the research and analysis of technical topics and structuring this information in easily digestible format.
  • Expertise in building and implementing training or education programs, preferably with the ADDIE model.
  • Knowledge of systems, network management and/or large business analytics applications a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud management and infrastructure or other related technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or other Cloud providers preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in adult education or instructional design, or relevant work experience.
