We are searching for a talented Project Manager/Support Engineer who will enjoy working hands-on in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This position is ideally suited for someone with software technical support/QA/Development experience and has the ability to manage client expectations while juggling parallel projects.
As the single point of contact - and key stakeholder during the delivery period - the Project Manager will be responsible for learning new products, developing/managing test plans, managing project budgets, triaging bugs, and quickly resolving issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-8 years experience with Software Development as a Developer, QA, Consultant, or Technical Support engineer
- Client relationship and project management skills
- Hard worker, quick learner, works well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to quickly review new products and determine their technical aspects and testing needs
- Strong understanding of software development and testing processes
- Effective problem solving, risk management and escalation skills
- Ability to manage parallel projects in a fast paced environment
- Can-do attitude
- B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Management or equivalent experience
