CloudHealth is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for providing account management, technical advisory and be responsible for overall customer relationship. The candidate for this position will possess a strong technical background with experience in selling and/or supporting cloud computing products, services, and solutions.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the account manager and ongoing relationship of assigned customers
  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations on new features and services
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of customer enhancements and other product feedback
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management
  • Coordinate, manage and deliver as required on-boarding new customers, including training and consolatory services
Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in sales and/or account management (Land and Expand).
  • Experience with selling & supporting enterprise IT products or services.
  • Land & Expand account management skills (navigating and expanding within key accounts).
  • Ability to work in fast pace team oriented environment, leveraging company resources to solve customer challenges/requirements.
  • Experience in a pre or post sales engineering or technical support positions.
  • Experience and familiarity of cloud management products a plus.
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work, suitable for customer facing materials.
  • Understanding of systems management products used to manage cloud infrastructure, such as: Nagios, Chef, Puppet.
  • Strong communication, time management, project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
