As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a small, interdisciplinary team of engineers who are smart, driven, and enjoy getting stuff done.  We build our systems around a wide spectrum of software, from embedded firmware (in assembly and C) to web interfaces (in Ruby on Rails). You should have a bias toward the web technology and user interface end of the spectrum, but a generalist’s background – we value teammates who are not one-trick ponies.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Smart, team-oriented, and gets stuff done.
• Passionate about coding, learning, and solving problems.
• Deeply experienced with web development and deployment frameworks.
• Fluent in a wide range of languages, equally adept with tweaking CSS and writing back-end scripts in Ruby or Python.
• Zealous about design, from clean UI to optimized UX.
• Familiar with a broad range of technology stacks.
• Formally qualified with a BS or greater in EE or CS and 5+ years of development experience.
• Local Boston candidates only.  This role does not offer relocation assistance.
