At Bullhorn, we put the world to work. Our international recruitment software delivers best-of-breed technology solutions for the world’s leading recruitment firms. Our engineers use modern technologies in agile development to innovate and create the future of recruiting applications. With over 350,000 users you can be sure that your work will have a big impact!

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the definition of next great set of features and functionality serving the staffing and recruiting industry. In this role, you will identify and translate business requirements into well-planned development specifications. You will be responsible for delivering both incremental and game-changing features, aimed to delight Bullhorn customers and excite prospects.

As a Senior Product Manager, a typical day might include:

  • Reviewing and curating input from customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, the competitive landscape in relation to existing features and functionality and gaps.

  • Engaging with customers at a strategic level to understand their initiatives and how our existing products support their goals

  • Observing customers in their day-to-day operational practices to gain insight into the tactical challenges they face

  • Articulating the long-term vision for a feature set and defining key results for the organization to rally around

  • Leading cross-functional team meetings and driving accountability over months to ensure a successful launch of a major feature or a new product

  • Collaborating with Technical Product Management, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to resolve issues during both design and implementation

This job might be for you if:

  • You enjoy thinking about challenges and opportunities – you are comfortable working with clients and internal audiences to gather information, discuss requirements and articulate roadmaps

  • Own development projects from start to finish – gather requirements, define release plans, build specifications, collaborate with Development and QA, manage internal/external communication

  • Work closely with internal audiences (product marketing, sales, support, services) to articulate product progress, benefits and roadmap

  • You are a self-starter and accountable – you dive in and ask questions, you hit your deadlines and you communicate

  • You are a team player – you embrace working in a culture where priorities shift and where you will wear multiple hats

  • You've loved every moment of the 5-7 years you've spent working with products, getting into the weeds and being a go-to expert for your product

  • You’ve got a growth-mindset and are constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve

  • You are both creative and analytical and possess both excellent technical and communication skills

Bonus points for:

  • Significant understanding of time and expenses processing, invoicing, payroll and general ledger experience.

  • Domain knowledge of the staffing industry

  • Experience working in a SaaS-based organization

  • An undergraduate technical degree (Extra bonus points for an MBA!)

You might be a fit for Bullhorn if:

  • You are energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • You love working in an agile environment and can roll with the punches

  • You take ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement
