Position Summary

We seek a strong implementation consultant willing to assume responsibility quickly and be part of a high growth, exciting team. The Senior Business Consultant will bring a strong technical consulting background to work with multiple engagements with several high profile clients. The candidate must be capable and willing to be hands on in configuring the Neolane platform. The candidate will provide support to clients and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of integrated marketing solutions including requirements gathering, system design, development, deployment, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain marketing solution components such as Customer Data Management (CDM), Operational Data Store (ODS) and Data Mart, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) layer, source data layer, and application (data access) layer;

Develop and maintain marketing solution data layer including processes for data cleansing and enhancements, rollups, aggregations, and data transformations; translate end-user business requirements into process and database changes;

Maintain table catalogs for Neolane applications as part of change management process;

Develop, implement, and maintain process automation and quality assurance (QA) strategy.

Will also provide production support, operational client support, and ensure overall ongoing solution/process integrity and quality.

Job Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology,

5 years of experience as a Database Developer/Engineer.

Must have demonstrated experience with:

•  - Requirements gathering, data analysis, design and development of data warehousing solutions, customer data management, marketing solution architecture, and data integration validation and processing methodologies;
•  - Utilizing ETL products , CRM database access software, and BI applications
•  - Writing UNIX Shell scripts and wrappers; and
•  - Implementing and managing VLDB, and utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS with Oracle and MS SQL Server, Postgres.
•  - Experience with JavaScript and XML is a plus
