Position Overview:
Quick Base is looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to support our Sales and Marketing Leadership team, as a strategist, consultant and implementer; the successful candidate will ensure streamlined operating mechanisms that achieve business results. This is a newly created role to plan, organize and coordinate key sales processes and programs. This role will contribute to the long-term success of the company, and the ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with experience in managing different disciplines to review/produce results in a timely manner.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement and drive adoption of weekly, monthly and quarterly operating mechs and cadence to monitor and manage performance inclusive of Pipe crawls, forecasting, revenue reviews and QBRS.   
  • Drive Annual and Quarterly planning, prioritization and alignment including assistance with strategy definition, documenting objectives, producing a business summary, and integrating overarching plans and cross functional interlock.
  • Establish, manage and facilitate weekly cross-functional QMIs (Quick Market Intelligence) process with executives, key stakeholders and front line employees to gather immediate insight on customers, competitors and impediments to successfully conducting business.  Drive quick decision making and oversee actions to produce results in a timely manner.
  • Develop standards based on best practices for planning/reviews at all levels of the org, including territory/account planning, segmentation and across sales and marketing.
  • Lead/manage sales initiatives to improve overall performance and deliver desirable outcomes to the organization.
  • Drive/facilitate meetings with sponsors and stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with Quick Base’s strategic goals.
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects and cross functional planning.
  • Evaluate process flows, critical metrics to assess business performance and aim to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate and conduct cross functional review cadence, drive agendas, meetings, and follow up.
  • Drive key metrics and monitor, track and hold teams accountable.
  • Develop and control deadlines, activities and budgets.
  • Prepare, summarize and publish reports/communications on business results, trends, plans, etc.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of proven experience in business sales operations, business analysis, program or other managerial position
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize critical actions, understand trends and comfortable driving sales and revenue discussions to drive results
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Quick Base, Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate manage large cross-functional meetings
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • BS/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MS/MA is a plus
