We are looking for an Sales Representative, typically 2 years experience or higher. The Account Executive will handle the entire inside sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas, and attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions. The Account Excecutive will track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.  They willl solicit and maintain contact with current and prospect key accounts and sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects. 

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present value proposition and iboss solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Quarterly forecasting with consistent precision and accuracy
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of SFDC, RainKing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • High business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and competitive
  • 4-Year Degree or Higher
