The Role

Toast is looking for an Entry Level Sales Operations representative to play an integral role in scaling Toast’s rapidly growing business. You will be the “go-to” person for sales reps, assisting them in administrative and process driven support to close new business efficiently and effectively. We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a Sales Process Expert to drive our sales team to close new business more efficiently
  • Own the sales process - guide sales reps through the motions and act as a “go-to" resource
  • Credit card analysis - assist in making valuable predictions and providing info for strategic decisions
  • Assist in continuously building a better sales process through various projects


  • BS/BA
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong technical aptitude 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience, as well as excel, are preferred, but not required
