Account Executive:
The right applicant will possess the following attributes to be successful and find the position rewarding: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales, self-driven, positive attitude, excellent computer and Internet skills, ability to deal with objections and loves selling. 

  • Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to a variety of regional program providers (school athletic departments, camps, sports teams, etc.).
  • Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Educate program providers on the value of online registration through FamilyID.
  • Work closely with our small team to innovate, improve and grow.
  • Handle periodic off-hours customer support to organizations and end-users customers during high-volume registration times.

Product Specialist:
The right applicant will possess excellent phone, in-person and written communication skills, attention to detail, excellent grasp of technology, patience, and the ability to identify and solve customer problems.

  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct online, telephone and in-person training to show organizations on how to get the most from the FamilyID.
  • Handle inbound calls from business and consumer users.
  • Build training materials and programs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our business within client companies.
  • Handle periodic off-hours customer support to organizations and end-users customers during high-volume registration times.
