QA Automation Engineer

We need you to help us invent, develop and deliver an innovative and reliable web platform emphasizing innovation and reliability.  You’ll work with our software architect, product manager and VP of Engineering to design and implement a robust automated testing system.  This isn’t a position that’s task-oriented, we need creative thinkers on our team who aren’t afraid to try new things that deliver exponential instead of incremental results.

Required Qualifications:

*   Expert QA automation knowledge in a SaaS environment 
*   Demonstrable history testing complex web applications where DRY philosophies are an integral part of building a testing framework 

 *   Experience with internal and external testing tools to include last mile testing and performance reporting   
*   Understanding of the similarities and differences between modern browsers including IE 8+, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox on Windows and OS X and how to test in multiple supported environments   
*   5+ years professional testing experience, 3+ in a highly automated environment where Agile processes drive the development of high performance software   
*   Undergraduate degree in technical field or comparable work experience

Desired Qualifications:

*   Experience in testing components in high transaction web sites

 *   Proficiency/expertise with HTML5 and CSS3   
*   Previous programming experience with Java and/or JavaScript   
*   Team lead experience 
*   Familiarity with command-line operations in Linux   
*   Experience or understanding of responsive design   
*   Browser extension testing
