CloudHealth is looking for a get-it-done Program Manager that thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity. We need someone that lives and dies by milestones as they plan, direct, and coordinate engineering activities to ensure that the goals and objectives of various projects that comprise program initiatives are accomplished within the desired scope and time frames.
You Will:
  • Ensure projects are sufficiently defined, prioritized based on value, and well understood by our tech teams.
  • Create unified forecasts and schedules for various projects and programs, inclusive of the entire initiative life cycles.
  • Drive all communication up and down the organization on program health, including creating insights and reporting on key milestones and metrics.
  • Proactively flag roadblocks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across all teams and stakeholders, from software engineering to product management and sales teams.
  • Ensure roadblocks and tradeoff decisions are diagnosed, framed and communicated correctly, and resolved quickly and efficiently with the right stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership at all levels to make ongoing improvements as part of continuously assess the processes that comprise our software development lifecycle.  
You Have:
  • 5-8 years experience leading multiple technical/build projects simultaneously in a fast paced  engineering environment.
  • Experience managing projects delivered continuously in Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Ability to develop detailed project schedules coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven ability to deliver large projects and programs successfully without having direct authority over all teams.
  • Knowledge of software development practices (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).Exceptional relationship building skills; able to gain trust of diverse stakeholders from the CTO to the entry-level software engineer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize key findings.
  • Strong meeting management and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to manage a significant level of detail without losing sight of the big picture and lead others through ambiguous situations.
