Ayeah Games is looking for someone special: A Senior Product Manager who will be one of our earliest employees.

The ideal candidate will have a coding background and experience working very closely with the development team.  In addition, this candidate will have a business background with strong analytical skills and direct experience with product pricing, packaging and promotion of online applications or games.

Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain excellent information flow, communications and issue tracking between marketing and development
• Focus on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
• Work with the development team to a deliver a demographically responsive product
• Own the initial company and product marketing strategy
• Research the competitive landscape
• Conduct focus groups which test game features and functionality, and marketing related initiatives
• Own product metrics. Devise reports which facilitate tracking of unique visitors and players.

Skills

• 7-10 years experience working in games, online, new or traditional media businesses
• Strong quantitative reasoning/analysis skills
• Strong SEO/SEM/social-advertising optimization skills
• Thorough understanding of the evolution of the games and social networking industry and technologies, and the online marketing technologies and strategies, and brand marketing
• Must have relevant games industry knowledge and actively study competitive landscape
• Extensive knowledge of pop culture is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong judgment and problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience. MBA preferred
