If you are an experienced, world-class Professional with a highly successful Software, SaaS and technology track record assisting sales organizations, you should consider joining our team in our brand-new headquarters in Downtown Boston.
We are currently seeking a results-driven Pre-sales Consultant with proven SaaS sales experience.  This role will report to the Director of Solution Architecture and is responsible for supporting a team of Account Executives who are focused on targeting and closing new direct business in a defined vertical, geographic and named account territory.


  • Conduct deep needs analysis with prospective customers
  • Design and develop solutions that address functional, technical, and integration requirements
  • Clearly articulate complex data flow and data transformation processes
  • Present solutions remotely and on-site, to large manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and Fortune 1000 companies
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs and Security Assessments when required
  • Work closely with Customer Success to document and scope implementation services


  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a pre-sales support role with SaaS solutions in the B2B environment
  • Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude and with great organization and time management skills
  • Familiarity with all technical aspects of the sales cycle
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Excel, JavaScript, SQL, and SaaS/Cloud hosting architecture
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, proposals, and formal RFPs.
  • Ability and willingness for 10% travel
  • BS, BA degree or equivalent is required

Desired Knowledge/Skills

  • Experience in with PIM, DAM and/or ERP solutions desired
  • Working knowledge of Web Services XML, API routines, protocols and tools
  • General understanding of applicable security and privacy standards for SaaS/Cloud technology
  • Solution selling experience in large-scale evaluations that involve multiple departmental stakeholder interests: Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Operations, IT and Security
  • Experience positioning an application that requires a customer’s change in process is preferred
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
