Toast is looking for a Payments Operations Analyst to play an integral role in scaling Toast’s rapidly growing business. You will be the “go-to” person for sales reps, assisting them during the credit card processing phase of the sales cycle. We are looking for an organized, intellectually curious candidate with excellent analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Perform credit card statement analyses and manage related data
- Become an expert in credit card processing and the credit card industry
- Support the sales process and act as a subject matter expert to customers
- Manage and improve upon Salesforce processes
- Assist in continuously building a better sales process through various projects
- 0 – 2 years of experience in an operations or analytics role
- BS/BA degree
- Strong technical aptitude, preferably with prior Excel experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high growth, fast-paced environment
- An inquisitive nature and ability to learn quickly - someone who wants to find long-term solutions instead of short term fixes
- Experience in a high growth tech company
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience or knowledge of credit card processing and the credit card industry
