A Creative Lead on our Global Clients team is someone who has worked as a global creative director, executive creative director, or creative leader in innovation or strategic partnership roles across integrated advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, design consulting firms, among other creative teams. You must have an appetite for experimentation, entrepreneurial mindset, and should be passionate about empowering great work on a global scale.
The right candidate should embrace the opportunity to use our rich creative canvases and technologies to influence a set of high-profile global clients to deliver both creative excellence on our platform, as well as a vision for creative partnership beyond advertising. Most of all, we're looking for people who want to make things that matter to millions of people who come to our platforms every day.
- Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising and drive meaningful growth for our clients
- Define and execute a vision for a creative partnership with these global clients beyond advertising
- Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities globally
- Be a thought leader and industry influencer on how mobile technology is fundamentally changing consumer behavior and brand marketing on a global scale
- Build a global creative network within Creative Shop for these global clients and empower this network to deliver great work locally with culturally relevant insight
- Roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to lead complex global projects via guiding a cross-functional team across time zones
- Develop holistic Facebook solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger) that drive the key business goals of our top global clients
- Partner with other Creatives, Strategists, Project Managers on the team, as well as Sales partners, Product, Engineering and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine on the Facebook platforms
- Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
