The Merchandising Floor Plan Analyst works closely with One Door’s retail client’s merchandising team to analyze and execute store specific fixture and floor plans using One Door’s software solutions. This includes creating, updating and maintaining planograms and providing a high level of customer service support to the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with assigned client’s merchandising team to create, maintain and update store specific fixture and floor plan planograms using One Door’s software solutions.
  • Analyzes plans and executes a creative approach to planogram design to meet the needs of the client, ensure continuity across multiple store environments and enhance the retail customer experience.
  • Manages, documents and archives client floor plan updates in software application.
  • Executes on floor plan and content updates for new, closed and updated locations.
  • Reviews accuracy and productivity of fixture and floor plan planogram designs to ensure that all plans are accurate and executable at store level.
  • Learns the client’s business and merchandising scenarios across the client’s floor plans.
  • Provides general customer service support to the client that that include troubleshooting basic software issues. Escalates more difficult issues to team lead and/or manager if needed.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with cross functional teams both internally and externally. Collaborates with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and knowledge.
  • May participate on special client projects and perform other related duties as requested.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Coordinates with assigned client’s merchandising team to create, maintain and update store specific fixture and floor plan planograms using One Door’s software solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business, retail merchandising, or related discipline. Additional work experience may be substituted for formal degree.
  • 0-2 years of related customer service experience. Experience working in a retail merchandising environment with planograms is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Broad working knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Functional understanding of AutoCAD a plus.
  • Customer focused with the ability to develop and grow strong client relationships.
  • Collaborative team player in order to work cross functionally between the client and the Company.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks and/or projects at once.
  • Must be creative.
  • Has a strong sense of pace and urgency to meet client deadlines.
