To support our continued growth, Interactions is continuing to expand its Internship Program for 2017 in the Interactive Voice Response platform. Specifically, this year’s projects will focus on helping us continue to innovate and evolve our high-volume SaaS IVR platform. The summer internship will last ten weeks.
a. Improving testing coverage/reliability of various platform components
b. Adding features to existing platform tools and utilities
Under the guidance and direction of the internship project leader, use technical and coding skills to add new features and/or write software test cases to improve the overall reliability of the platform and help us to deliver new features faster and with better quality.
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar field
- Strong software skills: Java and other JVM based languages
- Exposure to Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Spark is desirable but not a requirement
- Enjoying coding and solving challenging technical problems using computer science.
