The IS team specifically will be enhancing and connecting the application ecosphere of Quick Base, unlocking the interchange of data and insigths into a coherent and effective architecture.
  • Define, design and deploy integration solutions between QuickBase and a variety of systems including our CRM, data warehouse, ERP, Marketo, Zuora and other applications as requested/needed. 
  • Standardize the integration methodology across platforms – e.g. REST, Workato, etc.
  • Lead all integration platform conversion efforts from any previous methods to the new standard.
  • Learn/own the ongoing development and support of any existing integrations which include a mixture of middleware platforms and custom web services.
  • Lead, design, and implement integration metric processes to ensure integrations are effective, accurate, timely and include error handling monitoring and/or alerting.
  • Develop and document policies and standards for managing the integration architecture framework.
  • Develop and document integration maps within various systems – own current and future state development – fully understand and articulate downstream impacts of change requests, enhancements, deprecations, etc.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of newly-integrated software programs and applications.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an enterprise integration role working with cloud and on premise integrations.
  • Experience designing and coding integration/ETL processes using middleware and custom web services.
  • Experience working in a SAAS organization with a “start-up mentality” a plus.
  • Proven understanding of SDLC and ITIL a plus.
  • Proficient understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
  • Working knowledge of PHP 5.6 and higher as well as object-oriented programming
  • Functional expertise of API development (REST, SOAP, XML)
  • Exposure to web-based integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, Zapier, etc.
  • Proven experience in linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize data flow and transformations necessary for data migrations between applications.
  • Ability to clearly articulate how integrations work, current issues, possible approaches for resolutions, etc.
  • Experience writing TRDs, requirement analysis, business process modeling and data mapping.
  • Experience working with Quick Base a (huge) plus, experience with other enterprise level applications such as NetSuite, Zuora, Concur, Marketo, Adaptive Insights, SharePoint, SkillJar, and HRIS platforms a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, XML, AJAX, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Java, Python, Go and HTML5/Canvas
  • Experience with MVC Frameworks, PHP Zend Framework.
  • Comfortable working on a LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
  • Functional knowledge/use with version control software such as Git, SVN preferred.
  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM or Extreme Programming methodologies
