As Bullhorn’s Boston headquarters’ Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide guidance on human resources and employee issues as key drivers in cultivating strong company leadership, and partner with your global Business Partner colleagues to create new programs and drive strategic initiatives to meet company needs.

 

As an HR Business Partner, a typical day might include:

  • Partnering with our business leaders to leverage our human capital

  • Fully owning Employee Engagement, including employee satisfaction and morale, human capital KPIs, workforce planning, succession planning, employee and team performance

  • Working with our leaders and employees to create career maps for our employees, including career planning, assignment and experience-making, coaching and counseling

  • Ensuring that our compensation and benefits are competitive within our geographic regions across the globe

 

This job might be for you if have:

  • 5+ years of progressive and general HR applied experience demonstrating capabilities of resolving complex organizational and Employee Relations issues  

  • Experience handling HR Business Practices, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management

  • The ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions

  • A total comfort working with Director and VP level leaders

  • Strong analytic skills with an ability to translate business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.

  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements (federal and region employment law) related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
