The Job In a Nutshell
The Happiness Manager is responsible for managing the operation of the company and keeping team members, customers and freelance talent happy and chipper all the time. You’ll manage operations including travel, event management, special events, trade shows, office logistics, accounting prep, snail mail management and more. Helping and supporting two executives is also part of the role; scheduling calls and meetings, scouting speaking opportunities, orchestrating webinars and podcasts and making sure things happen according to plan.
What We Want
· 1 to 5+ years of experience with office management and/or executive support
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Powerpoint
· Financial background a big plus
· Experience in a fast-paced, high growth business
· Analytics skills to develop special reports
· Attention to detail
· Strong writing skills
· Strong communication skills
· Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive
· Organization and time management skills
