Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining positioning and messaging for Bullhorn's global sales team to increase revenue and Bullhorn's market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a variety of sales tools, through Bullhorn's marketing team, i.e. presentations, videos, reports etc..., to increase the efficiency of the sales team
• Work directly with individual sales team members and the entire sales team to drive campaigns and programs at all levels to build pipelines and close business
• Drive and execute all outbound marketing events including trade shows, sponsorships, collateral, PR and advertising
• Spearhead Bullhorn’s presence on social media and the Web by creating content that spurs stickiness and creates action to driving buying decisions.

Essential Skills and Experience:
• B.S. degree, MBA preferred in marketing
• 5+ years experience in a field marketing role
• A combination of previous sales, field marketing and marketing programs/communications experience a plus
• Creative, high positive energy with strong organizational skills and an ability to execute a must
• Strong communication skills, particularly across sales and marketing, with solid writing skills
• A passion for high technology, the software industry and marketing and sales a must
• A passion for driving sales results a must
• Demonstrable track record of success in working with sales teams
