The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for running the iboss franchise model in a designated territory of named accounts.  Activities including territory strategy, marketing, business development, channel and sales of iboss’ offerings.  The ideal candidate will have experience in complex enterprise selling with proven success on meeting new customer acquisition and financial goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve territory strategy
  • Run integrated territory plan including leading team of marketing, business development, channel, sales engineering and management
  • Develop and deliver annual plans, quarterly business reviews and weekly forecasts
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing iboss partners
  • Drive inbound and outbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Develop account and opportunity strategies
  • Compete and win new business
  • Deliver consistent quarterly business
  • Maintain CRM data in a timely manner
  • Active in feedback loop to marketing, product management and sales engineering

Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • High business acumen
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to prosper in a dynamic environment
  • Driven and competitive team play
