Position Overview:
Join QuickBase during an exciting era of growth as Product Management Director leading strategy and roadmap development for the current “QuickBase 2” version of our product, with its half a million users and nearly $100M in annual SaaS revenue.  You will also develop and execute a new strategy for a unified platform governance interface across both QuickBase 2 and a QuickBase 3 version which is currently under development.  This position will lead a team of product managers.
  • Develop and socialize a well-defined roadmap for QuickBase 2 across performance, app builder and user enhancements, integrations, and reporting.
  • Execute our ongoing process for identifying and prioritizing enhancements for our current QuickBase 2 product, including leading input mechanisms with our sales and customer success teams.
  • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise platform governance to meet the needs of our CIO persona.  These include features such as user and group management, security, auditability and compliance, and app lifecycle management.
  • Partner with the PM Director for QuickBase 3 to align roadmaps for QuickBase 3 administration and an awesome dual version platform experience.
  • Build and scale a team of product managers who drive visions and strategy for each roadmap area plus act as product owner for their scrum teams.
  • Partner with product marketing on strategy and feature go to market plans
  • 10+ years’ experience in product management for enterprise products
  • Inspirational leadership with experience building and managing high-performing product teams
  • Track-record of successful product development and market success
  • BA/BS degree is required (preference for tech degrees), MBA preferred
  • Experience prioritizing backlogs in an multi-stakeholder environment
  • Ability to build successful partnerships with UX teams teams to drive innovation and business results
  • Successful partnerships with user experience, product marketing, and customer success teams.
  • A data-driven mindset and experience with analytics tools
  • Experience working in an Agile/Lean development environment and working knowledge of Agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence Wiki
  • Understanding of enterprise CIO requirements, such as security, auditability, and app lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, credibly partner, and drive change with all levels of an organization, including senior leaders
  • Experience applying appropriate customer research methods to inform hypotheses and drive testing
  • Top notch executive presence and ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and collaborate internally and externally
  • Experience with strategic planning in a growth environment
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
  • Experience using QuickBase as a builder and user is a plus
