Position: Director New Product Marketing

Eliza is looking for Director of New Product Marketing to focus on new product exploration and development. Working with the marketing team (and the organization at large)  this person will create, define and test new product ideas by developing product descriptions, models, and prototypes; identifying key customers for feedback; refining product concepts to share with key team members; creating marketing copy and collateral; defining product positioning and go-to-market strategy; contracting with major data suppliers as needed; finalizing benefits, features and pricing in concert with Sales; creating and executing product launch strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 yrs of experience that includes both small and mid-sized companies
• BS/MBA or equivalent experience that includes at least 2 documented successful products in an intensely analytics-centric environment.
• Relevant industry experience - selling technology based solutions to both payers and/or DM/wellness companies
• Has managed a new product development process before – understands cradle to grave product marketing processes; can identify high value targets, assist in creating beta product ideas, requirements and collateral, can get meetings,  assimilate feedback and update the new product vision
• Collaborative and open to feedback – can take a new product from conception through to training a field salesforce
• Mobile/next gen social media-type and startup experience is a plus
• Entreprenuerial, energetic, and engaging personality comfortable with managing many relationships and meetings
• Skilled at reducing ambiguity and facilitating decisions
