Memento is looking for a talented and experienced healthcare fraud subject matter expert to join our product management team as Director of Healthcare Solutions. The position offers an incredibly exciting opportunity to be responsible for evolving Memento’s healthcare product strategy, analytic offerings, go-to-market plan, and client delivery model. This role will be critical to Memento’s continued growth and its mission to provide the most advanced technology to combat the insidious nature of fraud.

Background: With the entire US healthcare system under the microscope of reform efforts, fraud is top-of-mind for all health insurers, public and private alike. Memento is a fast-growing technology company and thought leader on some of the more innovative, technological approaches for tackling the fraud problem which is undermining the integrity of the nation’s healthcare system. Memento specializes in aggregating, filtering and exploiting transactional information to generate actionable intelligence and alerts on fraud risks. We are looking to expand our healthcare market and payer client base.

Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for driving Memento’s strategy and product development direction for the Healthcare market.

•Lead Memento’s strategy and product development for the Healthcare market focused on fraud, waste and abuse solutions
•Work with Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, including packaging, pricing, positioning, and competitive analysis
•Develop content for marketing collateral and sales tools
•Define and communicate product requirements
•Communicate key product benefits to prospects, customers, and industry analysts

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a Big Picture Thinker who is both a subject matter expert (understands how market requirements translate into products) and an end user (someone who has worked as a healthcare fraud examiner, preferably at the management level).

-Strong experience in healthcare fraud market (e.g. Prescription Fraud, Medicare Fraud, Healthcare Payer Fraud, PBM Fraud)
-Experience in product management and/or software development preferred
-Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
